Application Analyst (SAP FICO/OneStream)

Location: Madison, Wisconsin; hybrid work with consistent onsite attendance required up to four days per week. Occasional travel of approximately 5% and travel between local work locations may be required.

hirify.global is partnering with a biotech industry organization on business systems and SAP financial applications.

What you will do

• Design, configure, upgrade, test, and improve assigned SAP financial applications.
• Support SAP FI-CO functionality across FI-AA, accounts receivable, revenue, treasury, BCM, and EBS processes.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, assess change impacts, and implement effective system solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, provide production support to end users, and communicate resolution status.
• Collaborate with ERP technical teams, architects, business stakeholders, and software vendors on configurations, customizations, and functionality gaps.
• Maintain system documentation, develop procedures, support end-user training, and contribute to design and code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Experience with SAP FI-CO configuration, Plan-to-Report processes, and integration points with SD, PP, and MM.
• Experience supporting SAP end users after go-live and participating in at least one SAP FI-CO implementation.
• Experience with SAP HANA 2023, Fiori, accounting or FP&A, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on OneStream implementation or ongoing support experience.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or other finance and reporting tools.
• Experience configuring business systems in life sciences, healthcare, or a related environment.
