What you will do

• Lead the maintenance team to achieve safety, quality, cost, and productivity KPIs.
• Implement and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Oversee high-risk work activities including LOTO, confined space, hot work, and arc flash.
• Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects, from scope and budgeting to execution.
• Develop training programs and maintain documented skill records for the team.
• Ensure strict compliance with environmental, safety, and corporate standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or operations.
• Proven experience leading employees or coordinating complex maintenance workflows.
• Ability to analyze equipment data to implement effective corrective actions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced preventive/predictive maintenance systems.
• Deep knowledge of industrial safety programs.
• Background in managing capital or equipment improvement projects.
• Familiarity with Lean or other Continuous Improvement (CI) tools.
