Location: London, with 4 days in the office

Salary: £100,000–£145,000 per annum

What you will do

• Strengthen and shape the organisation's governance structure.
• Support governance across multiple business divisions.
• Work with boards and senior executives in a regulated environment.
• Use digital tools and AI to improve governance systems.
• Collaborate with other business teams on governance matters.

Requirements

• Qualified governance or company secretarial professional.
• Significant experience in a leadership role within a company secretarial or governance team.
• Proven board-level and senior executive experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, UK Corporate Governance Code, and listed rules.
• Current experience in financial services, preferably with an asset manager or investment manager.
• Dynamic, personable, and innovative approach.
