What you will do
- Lead delivery and personal development for teams of 8-10 software engineers.
- Act as a servant leader, providing coaching and mentoring to support career growth and ownership.
- Develop long-term strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with Product Managers, aligned with the Tribe mission.
- Drive technical excellence, ensuring systems meet organizational standards, scalability, and high availability.
- Manage recruitment and strategic team growth to support company expansion.
- Implement and optimize AI-driven development workflows and agentic coding practices.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience managing software engineers.
- Experience managing teams of 8-10 people.
- Strong technical background as a former hands-on Individual Contributor (IC).
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Zurich, Switzerland.
- Proven track record in performance management and building effective work cultures.
- Experience with or strong interest in modern AI-augmented workflows and agentic AI.
