What you will do

• Take ownership of the engineering roadmap and lead the development of market-making infrastructure.
• Architect, build, and ship complex systems while remaining hands-on with the codebase.
• Mentor and manage a growing team of engineers.
• Guide the team on design, scalability, and security best practices.
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to drive product innovation.
• Solve complex technical challenges related to on-chain liquidity and protocol security.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity provision, AMMs, and market microstructure.
• Proficiency in Rust and Solidity with experience deploying smart contracts.
• Strong background in backend systems, infrastructure, and security.
• Understanding of private-key management and wallet infrastructure.
