What you will do
- Lead the iOS and macOS engineering teams for VPN to drive continuous innovation.
- Raise the engineering bar by diagnosing quality issues and implementing robust delivery processes.
- Collaborate with Product teams to align the roadmap with quality and reliability goals.
- Guide the team in breaking down complex engineering challenges into iterative solutions.
- Foster professional growth through personalized 1-on-1s and career development plans.
- Coordinate cross-team projects involving R&D, Backend, Infrastructure, and QA.
Requirements
- Experience managing mobile teams and delivering products at scale.
- Proven track record of improving product quality in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with release processes, ideally in networking or VPN domains.
- Strong technical understanding of mobile-specific engineering challenges.
- Proficiency in project management and stakeholder alignment.
- Knowledge of the full application lifecycle, including CI/CD and post-release troubleshooting.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with low-level networking concepts (VPN protocols, DNS, TCP/IP).
