What you will do

• Lead and mentor a growing squad of backend and frontend engineers to reach their full potential.
• Partner with Product Management and Design to shape the roadmap and identify AI-driven solutions for coaching challenges.
• Drive the design and implementation of complex application features and maintain architectural integrity.
• Balance high-velocity feature delivery with the long-term health and modularity of the application.
• Define coding standards and remove roadblocks in the development lifecycle to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing people with a hands-on approach.
• 10+ years of industry experience focused on large-scale, cloud-based technologies.
• Degree in computer science or a related field (preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work from Tel Aviv according to the hybrid working model.
• Passion for motivating and developing team members.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
• Experience with user-facing products and UI development.
