What you will do

• Own the end-to-end execution of the engineering roadmap and stabilize MVP infrastructure to support multi-brand scale.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership by writing code, building prototypes, and reviewing PRs.
• Design and implement scalable systems, including LLM pipelines, data ingestion, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish the bar for technical excellence by defining coding, testing, and deployment standards.
• Drive the adoption of agentic workflows and automated internal tools to amplify delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams within fast-paced startup environments.
• Passionate about coaching developers while maintaining sharp coding and architecture skills.
• Strong expertise at the intersection of AI, full-stack development, and rapid product experimentation.
• Ability to translate business KPIs and product goals into clean, scalable technical solutions.
