What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support a group of 5 Engineering Managers overseeing multiple teams.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and GTM leadership to shape roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans.
• Define and deliver core product and Growth experiences, specifically embedding AI into key user workflows.
• Translate company and product strategy into clear engineering direction and measurable outcomes.
• Refine planning, processes, and communication to improve collaboration across domains.
• Play a key role in hiring, org design, and scaling the engineering organization in Tel Aviv.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience managing managers and multi-team groups.
• Proven track record of leading product engineering teams at scale in fast-paced environments.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, and GTM teams on customer-facing products.
• Comfortable working in AI-native environments and eager to contribute to AI-driven product development.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv office.

Nice to have

• B2C product experience.
• Experience building products that incorporate AI/ML capabilities.
