Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of senior engineers, fostering technical excellence and domain ownership.
• Oversee end-to-end execution, including integration architecture, technical design, and production reliability.
• Ensure data correctness and system stability for critical financial data flows.
• Translate complex business requirements and heterogeneous ERP realities into pragmatic technical plans.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Support teams to balance customer impact with technical quality.
• Mentor engineers through regular feedback and high-standard coaching.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in engineering leadership.
• Hands-on Node.js engineering experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record of shipping and operating complex, large-scale distributed systems.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of modern architecture, including microservices and domain-driven design.
• Experience integrating with ERPs or third-party financial systems.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in C#.
• CS degree.
