What you will do

• Lead the Product Vision and manage the backlog for Tag Management, including Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager.
• Oversee the delivery roadmap for features, product releases, and integrations within the wider hirify.global technology ecosystem.
• Act as the system administrator and govern the usage of Tag Management platforms.
• Drive business adoption via ideation workshops and user story creation to translate requirements into product features.
• Ensure the technology stack for tag management adheres to strict compliance, security, and policy requirements.
• Support MarTech leadership in implementing broader strategy and specific digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience implementing web and mobile SDKs, covering both client-side and server-side tracking.
• Deep expertise in tag management platforms and their integration within MarTech ecosystems (CDPs, analytics, consent management).
• Ability to translate legal, security, and audit requirements into practical platform configurations and automated controls.
• Proven product ownership experience in complex, matrixed organizations using Agile and ideally the SAFe framework.
• Strong stakeholder influence and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid work at the Osterley campus.
