Account Manager (Retail)

Location: Manchester, England, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace with up to 40% working from home.

What you will do

• Manage creative briefs from initial client briefing through final delivery.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact and support the Account Director with updates, reporting, and escalations.
• Coordinate creative, production, artwork, digital, and BAU teams across multiple workstreams.
• Scope and quote projects, manage budgets, timelines, approvals, documentation, and financial records.
• Oversee seasonal and campaign rollouts to ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, project performance, and process improvements while identifying account growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of agency experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of creative processes across print, digital, and omnichannel marketing.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence critiquing creative and strategic outputs against briefs and guiding creative work.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
