What you will do

• Prepare reagents including System Liquid and QSET following SOPs and batch records.
• Perform spiking, dilution, and filtration of reagents to meet strict product specifications.
• Execute particle coating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage materials, consumables, and work orders using SAP.
• Support validation builds for new products and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Engineering teams to facilitate tech transfer and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, specifically reagent preparation and coating.
• Experience with basic lab equipment such as pipettes, rotators, and centrifuges.
• Ability to work in a laboratory and cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
