Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Kosice, Slovakia

Salary: €3,600+ gross per month; base minimum pay of €41,736 per year, plus a performance-related annual cash incentive.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project activities, responsibilities, schedules, risks, and contingency plans.
• Direct and motivate project teams while managing deliverables and service expectations.
• Define business features from research and dealer or customer interviews.
• Support product backlog definition, clarification, capacity planning, and delivery estimation for epics and features.
• Capture work items in Microsoft Azure DevOps and produce status reports, slides, and production documentation.
• Represent the team in cross-functional planning and status meetings and resolve complex application and technical problems.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and roles, including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Product Owner practices.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Experience with computer software such as Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex, rapidly changing, culturally diverse environment.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, organization, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• PSM, PSPO, PAL-E, SAFe, PMI, or PMP certification.
• Experience with the Salesforce Platform or Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Sales & Service Support, Experience Cloud Support, Salesforce Administrator, or Business Analyst certification.
• Financial industry background.
