What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project activities, schedules, and risks with contingency plans.
• Direct and motivate project teams while evaluating deliverables.
• Define business features from research and interviews, assist with product backlog.
• Estimate delivery dates for epics/features and manage commitments.
• Produce reports, status updates, and documentation; represent team in cross-functional meetings.
• Work on complex technical problem identification and resolution.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and roles like Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and business management principles.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional verbal/written communication skills for all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently/collaboratively in complex, diverse environments.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• PSM, PSPO, PAL-E, SAFe, PMI, or PMP certification.
• Financial industry background.
• Experience with Salesforce Platform/Experience Cloud; relevant certifications.
