What you will do

• Provide 1st line NFR support for AI and Gen AI change initiatives across the global analytics team.
• Perform risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), including DPIA, BIA, LIA, and FRIAs.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, the EU AI Act, GDPR, and internal IT security standards.
• Lead AI-related regulatory projects such as LLM whitelisting and MS365 Copilot governance.
• Collaborate with POs, PMs, and senior management to communicate complex risk topics and secure approvals.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in operational risk management or 1st line control execution.
• 5+ years of risk management experience specifically within the banking or technology (Cybersecurity, AI) sectors.
• Strong analytical thinking and judgment for assessing specific risks.
• English: Mandatory
• Must be based in or able to work from Bratislava
