What you will do

• Own and refine the 6-month rolling forecast using planned promotions, historical trends, and stock levels.
• Track and manage projected inventory across different countries, brands, and categories.
• Trigger replenishment orders and maintain safety stock levels, reorder points, and min/max thresholds.
• Represent demand planning in S&OP meetings to provide insights on supply constraints and campaign feasibility.
• Run what-if scenario planning to manage risks related to demand surges and supply delays.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain management.
• Must be based in the UK to support the hybrid office model in London.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/spreadsheet modeling.
• First formal experience with SQL and Python.
• Understanding of inventory KPIs and replenishment models.
• Experience in e-commerce is preferred.
