What you will do

• Develop, drive, and present the overall strategy and roadmap for the Network Technology Area.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans and tactical initiatives to create competitive advantage.
• Own risk management and mitigation within the network domain, ensuring alignment with security policies and governance.
• Manage financial aspects of the technology area, including forecasting and total cost of ownership.
• Represent the Network Technology Area in strategic forums with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Coordinate and inspire technical teams through informal leadership to build end-to-end technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong conceptual and strategic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking technologies.
• Experience leading or contributing to development, transformation, or improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to guide technical teams without formal managerial authority.
• English: C1 proficiency required for professional written and spoken communication.
• Location: Must be based in Lund, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Swedish language skills.
• Technical knowledge of WLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, or network security.
• Experience with financial planning for technology areas or driving legal/contractual discussions.
