What you will do

• Own and coordinate the governance, development, and operation of hirify.global.com and the Optimizely CMS platform.
• Manage the web platform roadmap and backlog using agile or semi-agile methodologies.
• Act as the primary coordination point between Group Brand & Marketing, Group IT, and external partners.
• Coordinate platform operations, support, incident management, and budget planning.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform architecture, processes, access rights, and risks.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools to optimize content workflows, search, and web experience.

Requirements

• Experience in web platform ownership, digital product ownership, or IT coordination within a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms, preferably Optimizely.
• Proficiency in managing digital roadmaps, backlogs, and technical dependencies.
• Knowledge of IT governance, support models, and incident management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to pass security vetting (citizenship obligations may apply).

Nice to have

• Experience with UX, web production, SEO, analytics, or information architecture.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content, SEO, or platform optimization.
