Location: Must be based in Washington, DC (On-site role with approximately 75% travel required).

What you will do

  • Lead, motivate, and coach General and Operations Managers to achieve performance and growth targets.
  • Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue, Business Analytics, and Tech Ops to improve property efficacy.
  • Manage owner relations by presenting financial updates and building lasting trust.
  • Support recruitment efforts and launch people-focused initiatives to maintain high team engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality.
  • 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or a related field, or commensurate experience.
  • Ability to travel to properties approximately 75% of the time.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous problems.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of hands-on property management.
