What you will do

• Manage daily operations of the assigned branch, warehouse, and tank farm to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Facilitate compliance with corporate and regulatory health, safety, and environmental (EHS) policies.
• Supervise staff through daily pre-shift meetings and coordination of work activities to meet operational goals.
• Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts, physical inventory, and repack functions.
• Handle branch administration, including hazardous waste paperwork and coordination with agencies like DOT, EPA, and FDA.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve product quality issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of operations experience.
• Proven supervisory leadership and ability to motivate employees.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, EPA, RCRA, and DOT requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and respond to emergency situations.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• HazMat or Hazwoper Certification.
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operations.
