Agentic Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Workflows & Orchestration pillar.
• Lead a zero-to-one product launch from concept and MVP definition through market delivery.
• Own pro-code and no-code experiences, including SDKs, CLI, visual editor consistency, documentation, and learning paths.
• Lead alignment across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer stakeholders.
• Conduct customer discovery and use feedback, usage patterns, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
• Define integration points and contract boundaries with the Data Connectors and AI Agents pillars.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant Product Manager experience, with a strong focus on platform products.
• Experience shipping complex infrastructure or platform products, enterprise workflow or automation systems, or products serving multiple user personas.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to read code, understand architecture constraints, and discuss feasibility and trade-offs with engineers.
• Experience with zero-to-one launches, customer discovery, prioritization, and decision-making under ambiguity.
• Systems thinking and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, customers, and executives.
• Experience using LLMs in product workflows; current tools include Claude Code and Cursor.

Nice to have

• Exposure to workflow engines, BPM systems, or process orchestration platforms such as Camunda, Zeebe, Airflow, or Temporal.
• Experience with enterprise compliance requirements including SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA.
• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS scaling challenges and trade-offs.
• Experience building features using LLMs, including hobby projects.
