Senior Director of Product Management (Telecom)

Location: Berlin, Germany; office-based role

What you will do

• Set the long-term product vision and strategy for platforms, APIs, and mobile products.
• Own the strategy, scaling, commercial performance, pricing, margins, and investment cases for the Telco-as-a-Service portfolio.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team.
• Lead cross-functional engineering, commercial, and operations teams through large-scale product launches.
• Partner with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers to shape the product roadmap.
• Establish the operating model, metrics, and prioritization discipline while identifying growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software product management, including 4+ years leading product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a business-oriented field.
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining product talent across distributed Agile teams.
• Deep expertise in API-led products and B2B/B2B2C platform businesses.
• Strong executive communication, influencing, stakeholder management, commercial, and data skills; SQL knowledge is required.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing is required.

Nice to have

• Senior leadership experience in telecommunications or the eSIM industry.
• Working proficiency in Portuguese.
• MBA degree.
