Director, Product Strategy & Transformation (AI)

Location: Remote in any country where hirify.global has an office; based in NLD - Alphen aan den Rijn, with approximately 35% travel to work directly with teams and stakeholders. Applicants may be required to attend onsite interviews at a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to connect product decisions with customer and business outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale the Agentic Product Development Lifecycle and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and implement practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio practices, governance and metrics.
• Convert effective practices into reusable tools, learning experiences and enterprise standards, using evidence to guide adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio from customer discovery through delivery and measurement.
• Experience leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to meaningful customer and business outcomes.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products or transforming product development workflows through AI.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence beyond a single team without formal authority.

• Experience leading product transformation, operating-model change or organizational scaling initiatives.

• Experience working across multiple businesses, portfolios or complex matrixed organizations.
