What you will do
- Own the full acquisition lifecycle from sourcing and screening to valuation, diligence, and closing.
- Define market entry strategies and identify new business lines to build or buy to drive company growth.
- Develop complex financial models and investment cases to support critical leadership decisions.
- Manage workstreams, advisors, and data rooms to ensure efficient deal execution and integration.
- Execute high-visibility special projects on short notice, providing answers and execution for the leadership team.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, VC, or corporate development.
- Expert-level financial modeling, valuation, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments to drive specific outcomes.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to communicate strategic cases to leadership.
- Relentless attention to detail and high operational speed from strategy to implementation.
- Strong quantitative or STEM academic background.
Nice to have
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, or renewables sectors.
- Track record of leading acquisitions from origination through close.
- Exposure to new-market entry or new business line build-out.
