Finance Graduate (Renewable Energy)

Location: United Kingdom; rotational placements in Newcastle, Manchester and Aberdeen. Relocation is required every 12 months, with support of up to £1,000 per move.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly management reports and presentations summarizing financial performance.
• Support project accounting and commercial project management.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Perform cost control, accounting ledger maintenance, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Complete three varied 12-month placements across Finance, Accounting, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Graduated or on track to graduate with a 2:1 or above in a relevant business-related degree.
• Strong communication skills for working with teams, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to prioritize work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate between UK placements every 12 months and travel as required.
• Passion for renewable energy and the energy transition.
