What you will do

• Maintain day-to-day accounting, month-end, and year-end closing processes for international subsidiaries in NetSuite.
• Control data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
• Prepare financial reporting, including VAT, GST, and intragroup invoices.
• Process external requests from auditors, bankers, and tax advisors.
• Automate and optimize routine accounting workflows using modern tools and AI.
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects and assignments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• English proficiency: B2/C1 required for international communication.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year in international accounting.
• Hands-on experience with at least one foreign jurisdiction and IFRS.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Nice to have

• CIMA, CPA, or DipIFR certifications in progress or completed.
