What you will do

• Design and optimize AI/GenAI systems, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Build and maintain microservices and APIs using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and FastAPI.
• Develop infrastructure for training and deploying agentic models at scale using GCP and Vertex AI.
• Apply prompt engineering and evaluation techniques via LangSmith to improve model performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with responsible AI standards, including system guardrails and ethical deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable architectural patterns and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in AI/Generative/Agentic systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven experience with cloud-native development, specifically GCP and Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (GKE), Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Harness).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent ecosystems, GraphRAG architecture, and knowledge graphs.
• Knowledge of context-aware retrieval systems for multi-hop reasoning and semantic enrichment.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and A2A.
