TL;DR

Senior MLOps Engineer (AI): Operating and hardening production infrastructure for autonomous agents and AI features with an accent on deployment lifecycle, observability, and reliability. Focus on building tooling for agent evaluation, performance benchmarking, and ensuring high-availability for LLM-driven applications.

Location: Must be based in Ireland. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 50% of time in the office per quarter.

Salary: €96,000–€144,000 EUR

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for AI features and autonomous agents.
  • Ensure reliability of long-running agentic loops, memory stores, and tool-use environments.
  • Build and maintain tooling for agent trajectory, evaluation data, and latency benchmarking.
  • Collaborate on automating security upgrades and enforcing behavioral guardrails for ML systems.
  • Provide operational support, including on-call workflows, incident response, and clear runbooks.
  • Bridge the gap between ML engineering, backend teams, and central platform specialists.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in MLOps or SRE supporting production-grade LLM and agentic systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  • Hands-on experience with containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes) and GitOps workflows.
  • Deep understanding of model monitoring, regression tracking, and automated evaluation.
