What you will do

• Lead the transition from automated to AI-led localization workflows for product UI.
• Scale AI-driven delivery models across documentation, marketing, and other content stacks.
• Define technical best practices, system hygiene norms, and engineering documentation.
• Design event-driven, API-first translation infrastructure integrated with CMS and repositories.
• Orchestrate key initiatives while directing distributed engineering partners.
• Build AI-powered reporting to complement existing operational metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland (Dublin office)
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (e.g., Claude/Anthropic) into production-grade pipelines.
• Strong background in i18n/l10n engineering, including string externalization and encoding conventions.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Javascript, and Regex.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable, API-first translation infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and machine translation frameworks.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills bridging engineering and non-engineering teams.
