What you will do

• Build and scale a high-impact AI engineering team in Cork, establishing a centre of excellence.
• Own the development of reusable, production-grade AI platform capabilities to drive adoption across products.
• Lead the development of agentic AI solutions for enterprise workflows and intelligent product experiences.
• Embed governance, evaluation, and responsible AI practices to ensure secure and compliant systems.
• Drive production excellence by ensuring AI systems are scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient.
• Collaborate with product, cloud operations, security, and research institutions to accelerate innovation.

Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise software, AI, platform, or cloud engineering.
• 5+ years in leadership roles building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade AI or software systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of modern AI engineering including LLMs, agents, orchestration, and lifecycle management.
• Background working with enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across product, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
