TL;DR

Software Engineer (AI): Building core infrastructure components for AI/ML workflows with an accent on production-grade systems and scalability. Focus on developing cutting-edge AI infrastructure, orchestrating workflows via APIs, and integrating AI solutions into global platforms.

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland). Selected candidates are expected to report to the office at least 3 times a week.

What you will do

• Develop and test AI infrastructure to optimize ML and AI-driven applications across global platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to bring AI solutions into production at scale.
• Build high-performance software systems with a focus on security, efficiency, and scalability.
• Manage technical initiatives for validation, deployment, and monitoring in real-world environments.
• Implement integrations with SaaS platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow using APIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering and Artificial Intelligence.
• Fluency in Python.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Dublin, Ireland to meet hybrid office requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of algorithms, distributed systems, and API development.
• Experience with natural language AI (NLP), including customization, summarization, and translation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
