TL;DR

Salary: $105,000–$150,000 + uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Establish and execute standard demo workflows and customize them for new feature launches.
  • Define technical discovery SOPs to map customer systems, integrations, and data flows.
  • Create repeatable solution design frameworks and proof plans in collaboration with Engineering and Product.
  • Own and maintain the standardized RFP/RFI response process with differentiated technical content.
  • Validate early-stage product features and convert field feedback into sales enablement assets.
  • Document security and compliance artifacts to support enterprise buyer risk assessments.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering role supporting B2B SaaS.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in New York, Dallas, or San Francisco.
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems (PMS preferred) or similarly complex integration environments.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks to support demos and proofs.
  • Proven experience owning technical RFP/RFI responses.
  • Experience managing security, privacy, and compliance reviews with enterprise buyers.
