Location: Hybrid (New York, NY / Dallas, TX / San Francisco, CA)
Salary: $105,000–$150,000 + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Establish and execute standard demo workflows and customize them for new feature launches.
- Define technical discovery SOPs to map customer systems, integrations, and data flows.
- Create repeatable solution design frameworks and proof plans in collaboration with Engineering and Product.
- Own and maintain the standardized RFP/RFI response process with differentiated technical content.
- Validate early-stage product features and convert field feedback into sales enablement assets.
- Document security and compliance artifacts to support enterprise buyer risk assessments.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering role supporting B2B SaaS.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in New York, Dallas, or San Francisco.
- Familiarity with hospitality systems (PMS preferred) or similarly complex integration environments.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks to support demos and proofs.
- Proven experience owning technical RFP/RFI responses.
- Experience managing security, privacy, and compliance reviews with enterprise buyers.
