What you will do

• Negotiate and manage installation supply, including installer partners, subcontractors, materials, and volume terms.
• Procure EPC and utility-scale equipment (panels, inverters, batteries, gas turbines) across global projects.
• Onboard, qualify, and performance-manage the supplier base for both residential and utility-scale networks.
• Handle day-to-day commercial management, including billing, payments, and dispute resolution.
• Drive cost optimization regarding total landed cost for residential installs and capital cost for utility builds.
• Partner with Operations and Development teams to align supply with the project roadmap.

Requirements

• Procurement, category, or sourcing experience in field operations, EPC, or construction.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on unit economics and capital-project commercial terms.
• Ability to manage both high-volume residential supply and high-value utility-scale contracting.
• Hands-on operational approach to owning day-to-day tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and resilience in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with EPC contracting, including major equipment, performance terms, and LDs.
• Knowledge of supply chains for EV chargers, solar, batteries, or heat pumps.
