What you will do

• Lead a team of 4-6 developers working on complex, cutting-edge systems.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle of multiple simultaneous development projects from design to release.
• Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Drive stakeholders and make critical technical decisions for successful implementation.
• Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and code-level support to developers.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as an engineer and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Expertise in developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience with SaaS, Cloud, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong track record in the architecture and implementation of high-scale distributed systems.
• Ability to lead, coach, and influence highly-skilled developers in a fast-paced environment.
