What you will do

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through execution and benefits realization.
• Develop tailored change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks based on client context.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to embed sustainable capabilities.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior consultants and identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in management consulting or an in-house transformation role.
• Proven track record of delivering change management programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience working within financial services (insurance, banking, pensions, payments, or asset management).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required (Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted).
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands; the company is unable to provide work permits.

Nice to have

• Certification in change management such as Prosci / ADKAR or APMG.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies like PRINCE2, PMI, or SAFe / Agile.
• Experience with digital transformation programs involving ERP, CRM, cloud, or AI adoption.
