Location: Hybrid, 3 days in Denver/Centennial, CO offices. Must be a U.S. Person or eligible for an export license (ITAR regulations).

Salary: $121,300 - $135,999.60

What you will do

• Design, engineer, and support enterprise RHEL environments across physical, virtual, and cloud platforms.
• Lead installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of Red Hat systems, including OS upgrades and patching.
• Implement automation using Ansible, Bash, and Python for configuration management.
• Administer Red Hat ecosystem components including Satellite and Insights.
• Partner with security teams to enforce hardening standards (CIS, STIG, SOX, PCI) and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex OS, performance, storage, and network issues using root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience administering enterprise Linux environments with a focus on RHEL.
• Deep expertise in Linux internals, performance tuning, networking, and filesystem management.
• Proven experience with Ansible and strong Bash scripting skills.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, KVM) and container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of security hardening and compliance frameworks.
• Must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Python scripting proficiency.
• Red Hat Certifications (RHSA, RHCE).
• IBM AIX administration experience.
