What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of Windows Server 2022 and RHEL 8/9 environments including patching and performance tuning.
• Deploy and maintain layered enterprise applications and security tools across heterogeneous platforms.
• Develop cross-platform automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Bash to improve system reliability.
• Apply security best practices and compliance frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and STIG.
• Troubleshoot complex OS and application-level issues in collaboration with network and security teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and integration procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ or Hillsboro, OR.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with a focus on Windows Server or Linux environments.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server 2022 and RHEL 8/9 configuration and management.
• Advanced proficiency in automation scripting with PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Strong understanding of security principles and compliance standards like NIST, CIS, or STIG.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience managing hybrid cloud infrastructure.
