What you will do

• Identify and solve complex business problems using analytical skills and business judgment.
• Develop monetization plans by analyzing and maximizing market behavior.
• Optimize marketplace performance to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Lead strategic projects in collaboration with senior management and internal units.
• Define pricing structures and set driver acquisition targets for supply and operations teams.
• Research competitor tools and methods in collaboration with the Tech team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business, Data, or Product Analyst.
• Experience in complex operations and running a marketplace (Must).
• Degree in statistics, economics, or a similar field (Must).
• Master-level proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (Must).
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with AI tools.
