Senior Software Developer (Python, AWS, Terraform)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working model with required travel to client sites anywhere in the UK when needed. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Develop front-end, back-end, and integration systems across the full software delivery lifecycle.
• Plan workflows and optimize processes while supporting quality assurance.
• Implement customer requirements and design new features.
• Analyze and design overall solutions and contribute hands-on coding within projects.
• Collaborate daily with the team and support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Experience with Python and AWS.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle and ability to code within projects.
• Experience with databases, including MongoDB, SQL, or document databases; unit testing; and Model-View-Controller.
• Previous involvement in developing and delivering major IT solutions.
• Understanding of agile tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a strong ambition to develop a career.
• Willingness to travel to client sites anywhere in the UK when needed and right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Full-stack or backend technical background with Python and either TypeScript or React, plus Terraform experience.
• Curiosity to explore new technologies.
