What you will do

• Design and provision AWS lakehouse foundations using S3, Apache Iceberg, Glue, Athena, and Lake Formation.
• Deliver all infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform across isolated environments.
• Implement tenant-isolation security gates and row-level security using Lake Formation.
• Set up ingestion infrastructure for near-real-time and batch SLAs using CDC, DMS, and DynamoDB.
• Orchestrate workflows with Apache Airflow and Astronomer Cosmos.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, incorporating dbt and SQLFluff.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS data services including S3, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, IAM, and VPC networking.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, including modular design.
• Knowledge of Apache Iceberg and open table formats on S3.
• Solid Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with dbt on AWS and analytics-engineering workflows.
• Must be located in the EU with a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Exposure to BI serving layers such as QuickSight or Sigma.
• Experience with Snowflake.
