What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain a globally used cloud landing zone for AWS and GCP.
- Develop automated account, project, subscription, and baseline provisioning using Infrastructure as Code.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate platform processes with GitHub Actions.
- Operate and improve the cloud platform with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate platform changes with security, networking, governance, and cloud provider teams.
- Participate in Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in informatics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Technical knowledge of at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Python, cloud networking including VPC/VNet design and DNS, and IT infrastructure components.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English is required; German is helpful.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer.
