TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (AI/GitLab): Designing and maintaining AI infrastructure and MLOps pipelines with an accent on automation, scalability, and the operationalization of machine learning models. Focus on building robust CI/CD workflows, orchestrating containers with Kubernetes, and optimizing GPU resources for AI training and inference.

Location: Must be located in Poland and have EU citizenship. Hybrid work with occasional visits to the office in Katowice.

Salary: UoP 12,000–16,000 PLN gross/month or B2B 100–140 PLN net/h

What you will do

• Design and manage cloud and hybrid AI infrastructure, including compute, storage, and GPU resources.
• Build and maintain CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for code, data workflows, and model deployment.
• Package and scale AI applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure and AI model endpoints using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Standardize environments using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to transition ML models from development to production.

Requirements

• EU citizenship and residency in Poland.
• 5+ years of experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• 3+ years of expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python and Terraform.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• English proficiency: B2/C1.
