What you will do

• Develop and deliver high-quality marketing assets across email, web, and event channels.
• Support campaign-specific audience segmentation using an analytical mindset.
• Advise and support colleagues across seniority levels in planning and executing integrated campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital content formats such as mailings and newsletters.
• Contribute to the quality and ongoing development of the contact database.
• Improve campaign performance through data-driven insights and optimization measures.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in content management, marketing, or communication.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo) and CMS platforms.
• Experience with GenAI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex database systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Foleon or similar content platforms.
• Interest in the German corporate landscape.
