What you will do
- Define the go-to-market strategy and establish relationships with hedge funds and institutional investors.
- Own the full sales lifecycle for data products, from prospecting to long-term account management.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to refine data products based on market demand.
- Define pricing, licensing, and commercial models for subscription-based data products.
- Build and manage a scalable commercial engine and pipeline of institutional clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience commercialising proprietary data, analytics, or AI products for institutional investors.
- Track record of building new markets, products, or sales functions from scratch.
- Technical aptitude to communicate and commercialise complex datasets in energy, robotics, or AI sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling data or market intelligence related to power markets, digital infrastructure, or data centres.
- Existing network within hedge funds, quantitative funds, or the institutional investment community.
- Experience launching and validating new data products in early-stage environments.
