What you will do
- Define the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth, covering onboarding, trial experience, and feature adoption.
- Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and establish delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to align onboarding and trial flows.
- Drive technical decision-making for the activation, expansion, and retention of self-service customers.
- Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback and perform churn analysis.
- Drive native integrations with third-party developer platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
- Strong background and demonstrated experience with Product Led Growth (PLG).
- Proven track record of shipping self-service trials for cloud services.
- Data-driven approach to product decisions and adoption analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams asynchronously.
- Must be based in Norway (or have valid work authorization for this location).
Nice to have
- Direct experience with search or similar search and database technologies.
- Professional background in product marketing.
- Experience working with cloud service provider marketplaces.
