What you will do

• Execute the tactical direction of the global testing roadmap, ensuring experiments are launched and monitored effectively.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure on-schedule delivery of tests and learning agendas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meticulously design, configure, and analyze experiments that drive key business metrics.
• Translate complex data insights from experiments into clear findings and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Execute technical planning and configuration using experimentation platforms, analytics suites, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Rigorously track the Return on Investment (ROI) of experimentation activities and provide comprehensive performance reporting.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in experimentation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely) and analytics suites (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics).
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore) and CDPs (e.g., Segment, Tealium).
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure, pipelines, and statistical interpretation for A/B testing.
• Proven experience in program management using agile or waterfall methodologies to deliver complex global initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of maintaining strong partnerships with global client stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK for a hybrid work arrangement (average 4 days/week in office)
