TL;DR

Senior Product Manager - Growth (Medtech): Leading the product experience for the German obesity clinic to optimize patient acquisition and retention with an accent on conversion funnels and experiment design. Focus on building trust-driven onboarding journeys, optimizing unit economics, and running rigorous A/B tests to scale long-term care.

Location: Hybrid (London), 3 days a week in the Old Street office

hirify.global is a digital health company, part of Hims & Hers, focused on building long-term care for obesity management via their platform Juniper.

What you will do

  • Own the full acquisition and activation journey, including landing pages, quizzes, and onboarding flows.
  • Drive retention for the German market by collaborating with CRM, clinical, and commercial teams.
  • Implement a rigorous experiment program utilizing A/B tests and pricing/packaging exploration.
  • Develop and maintain conversion and retention reporting cadences for the squad.
  • Set product direction while remaining hands-on with writing specifications and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Native or professional fluency in German.
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Proven PM experience with significant focus on growth, conversion, or experimentation.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics, specifically CAC and LTV.
  • Ability to run clean A/B tests and derive clear prioritization from data.
  • Hands-on approach to product design, specification writing, and data digging.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Deep expertise with experimentation platforms.
  • Prior experience with pricing and packaging strategy.
