Senior Growth Manager (UK)

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to grow the local user base and nurture communities.
• Design and scale local growth programs to strengthen the ecosystem of users and contributors.
• Act as the primary local point of contact for cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Comms.
• Monitor country health KPIs and translate data insights into actionable growth plans.
• Represent Reddit locally by building influential partnerships with content creators and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
• 7+ years of experience in user growth, community growth, or country expansion.
• Proven track record of executing growth programs at scale.
• Proficiency in Excel modeling and working knowledge of SQL.
• Deep understanding of local UK market culture, politics, and current events.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
