What you will do

• Own the full data science engine for priority verticals, specifically Insurance and Advertiser Quality.
• Develop and deploy ML models to drive measurable ROAS and media efficiency.
• Build buying models that maintain positive ROAS and high lead quality.
• Drive lead quality improvements across a portfolio of brands using messaging, funnels, and content.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to frame problems and define success metrics.
• Identify and implement new modeling opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an applied data science role delivering measurable business impact.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or the leadgen industry.
• Multi-year experience building and deploying ML solutions within the AWS cloud.
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with multi-armed bandits, reinforcement learning, and recommendation/ranking systems.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative embeddings (videos, headlines, search) in paid media models.
• Domain expertise in the Insurance industry.
• Experience creating state-of-the-art Ad Ranking algorithms.
• Application of LLMs or deep learning to personalization and content.
• Familiarity with Looker.
