What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for production applications.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to define and execute ML initiatives.
• Conduct experiments to optimize model quality, accuracy, and robustness.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to operationalize and monitor ML systems.
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities for system improvement.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to the overall technical strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience shipping ML models to production.
• Proficiency with Python and PyTorch.
• Strong ability to design experiments and evaluate model performance.
• Ability to work across research and engineering disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio models, ASR, TTS, or speaker modeling.
• Knowledge of AWS and large-scale MLOps infrastructure.
• Background in fast-paced startup environments.
• Experience publishing research in papers or conferences.
